New morning bootcamp classes have now started Every TUESDAY and FRIDAY Mornings from 9.45am to 10.45am.

These classes consist of a fun combination of Floor Work, Kettlebells, Cardio and Yoga to help build and maintain the body you deserve.

The Bootcamp costs just €60 for the 12 classes or if you prefer, €10 a week.
