All personal information is securely kept under lock and key in a private office area, with no unauthorised access.

Information is not shared with any third parties and is only used for the purposes expressed when the data is collected from the client.

All shiatsu client’s information is kept for a period of seven years as per the Shiatsu Society of Ireland code of ethics and practice, and is then subsequently destroyed when no longer required.

All clients’ records are solely for use within Phoenix Total Well Being and are only available to Phoenix Total Well Being staff.
