All patrons attending Phoenix Total Well Being are accepting to adhere to these terms and conditions.

- All appointments are to be paid for in advance

- If an appointment is cancelled within a 48hr period a cancellation charge of 50% applies and if within 24hrs a charge of the full amount applies.

- Phoenix Total Well Being does not give credit under any circumstances

- Students who attend classes over a four week period must sign up for both membership and insurance

- Children must be collected promptly when classes finish. If they are being collected by anyone other than their parent or guardian, this information must be supplied to the instructor at the begin of class.

- All personal belongings are left unattended at owners risk. Phoenix Total Well Being, its employees, or managers do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to same.

- Use of any or all equipment must be supervised at all times by an instructor or a member of staff.

- Please note that there are no créche facilities on site and therefore all minors who accompany their parents to private sessions, do so solely under parents supervision.

Phoenix Total Well Being reserves the right to add or alter to some or all of these terms and conditions at any time.
