The exercises in the circuit provide a great workout and work the entire body and is an excellent way to improve fitness and overall strength. Circuit training allows you to work your aerobic system while simultaneously working on your strength. As you are progressing through your workout you will keep your heart rate up and therefore you will reap the same benefits from a 40 minute intense workout as you would from two hours in the gym. Circuit training is excellent for beginners because you can take the exercises at your own pace and you can stop or even skip a station if you like. Circuit training is a fun and very effective workout that does not require co-ordination. Good news for the GirlsBecause we use the Gravity system at Phoenix Total Well Being you can be assured that your muscles will not bulk up and lose flexibility. With the Gravity system you stretch your muscles you are working after each rep and by keeping a low resstance on the machines you recieve tone, strength, stamnia and flexibility within the muscle. Good news for the GuysBy increasing the level of resistance and reps, and with added weight to the machines you will build and increase muscle mass while still maintaining flexibility in the muscles. We will also be using kettlebells within the circuit which will help you achieve the perfect beach body by summer! We are holding a Six Week course in Circuit training starting on Wednesday 25th March Women's Class is from 7pm to 8pm Men's Class is from 8.15pm to 9.15pm Cost
