At Phoenix Total Well Being we are now introducing a new weight section to our ever growing circuit gym. We want as always to give you the best and most flexible workout possible. And so have opted for the very modern Body Solid Deluxe Cable Centre, which offers up to 150kgs in two 75kgs stacks. The Deluxe Cable Centre is a very flexible and allows you to complete a full range of exercises for all your muscle groups. Its also very versatile with twenty independent height adjustments and 180 degree cable positioning. Not content with that we also have opted for the very tradational method of muscular and cardiovascular workout utilising Kettlebells. Kettlebells will definitely give you a complete and thorough workout encompassing all of your major muscles. Fantastic for challenging you to push your boundaries and increase your strength, endurance agility and balance. Kettlebells give you a very dynamic and enjoyable total body work out. (enjoyable if you like to feel the benefits of your workout, changing your routine by throwing in new exercises into the mix) |
