The date for the workshop has finally been set.... 

We are hosting an Aiki workshop in Phoenix Total Well Being on Saturday 19th April from 2.30pm to 6.30pm, in preperation for our students up and coming grading!!!

The workshop will include both open hand and weapon work, and will refresh the syllabus for the hoshinsha and shoshinsha grades. (First two grades). This is the ideal opportunity to revise and brush up on all those techniques that you know.... and learn a few more.

Everyone is welcome to come along and join in the fun, and because we are dealing with first and second grades no previous experience is needed.All you need are flexible clothes (not jeans), a snack for breaks and a good sense of humour...
